Ah I had the best dinner tonight! It was chicken that had been marinated in a poppy seed strawberry dressing. I didn’t grill it I just used the stovetop and it was perfecto! I also had a goat cheese, tomato, avocado salad :) and to top it off i had a glass of wine. Perfect way to end a stressful day.
Breakfast: 1 pack of instant oatmeal with strawberries :)
Lunch: 1 can of tuna with tomatoes and celery
Snack: Penut butter and celery!
Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast with lemon and quinoa side dish
